baby: showers

Oh how I am so lucky. I had two baby showers at home before we moved back. I have so many people who love me (and Wendy, of course) and mister man already so much. The first shower was at Jodi Reams house with all of the Stake friends and friends I grew up with. It was perfect. They did a little bird/nesting theme with the most delicious foods and wonderful company. We played a few games and chit chatted away.

 These little beauties helped out so much. They are so excited for their little cousin to come so they can babysit him. They are so good with babes!

Words can not even explain how much I love this little child, she is kookie, but hilarious and beautiful.

The second shower was at my Aunt Lorraine's. She lives in Newport Beach and always makes each party she does so special and lovely. A lot of Aunts and cousins were able to come and help celebrate. It was vintage theme and she even had her boy and his friend wait on us. It was so so fun!

Because of all these great woman, baby and I are ready for his arrival. We are really only missing a few small things. I miss everyone already so much. It was so nice to be close to my family. Saying good bye to my nieces and nephews I think was the hardest thing I've had to do. Matthew and I became so close to them over the past 9 months that when we left I couldn't help but think that the next time I see them they'll be that much older, so I had to shed a few tears. They are all amazing strong babes. I love each of them so much!
